Useless battery life from 100% to 0% same time

I bought a premio tablet for my son in January 2024 and now when he charges it it goes from 100 to 0%,what kind of nonsense are they selling to us, knowing very well that after 7 days they won't exchange or refund and you might end paying for the repairs. I regret buying this stupid brand.
