Useless Akermans staff.

Randburg and MTN rank have the most useless employees, clueless and basically retards I lost my phone two weeks ago and I have been given the run around by your useless employees giving me wrong information and wasting my valuable time. The agent I spoke to at the Fone Yam Call Centre didn't give me an ITC number after blacklisting my lost phone. Everyone at Akermans doesn't know what they're doing but are too quick to sell phones with insurance and aren't even able to help with claims.
