Unsolicited inconvenience...

Ackermans has compromised my personal information and listed me with debt collectors for an account that was opened *****ulently without my knowledge.I have and would never open and Ackermans account, I have never lost my ID, I received ZERO statements, call or SMS's about this debt. They refused to give me any account details and required me to prove my innocence. I sent an email to Tenacity on the 17th of July as requested, I just called to check how far the process is and 0 has been done, they don't even after I gave them my email address. Initially I went to Kagiso mall Ackermans I received NO help, instead they were rude and dismissive, Then I went to Keywest mall Ackermans, still no help. At least 3 times a day I get calls from DMC before 7am and after 7pm. Now I am told they will start working on it from today and it will take 31 days excluding weekends and public holidays, thats me 40 days of debt collectors calls.
