Unserved customer

Yesterday the 10th April I went to Ackermans store in Vincent Park (East London) around 17:00 after work, where a lady by the name of Chantel was so rude to me and did not serve me because she was busy cleaning. She said I had to go and at the long queue that was downstairs, which I ended up leaving the shop without getting the items i went there to buy.
