unsatisfied treatment

on Tuesday (29/11/2023) I purchased a mobicell phone at ackermans in vaal mall. the phone is giving me problems it overheats and incoming calls reflect after a long time most of the time it even goes on voicemail. today I returned the phone but I was told I cannot be refunded and it was even a struggle to take in for repairs they said m going to be reliable to pay a fee for repairs. the receipt said if I experienced technical problem with the device I can return it. within seven days however, this is said not to be applicable anymore. I am not happy with the device because it is unable to fulfil a primary need to receive calls --
