Unresolved funeral claim

This review is about Ackermans care IUA and Hollard funeral this is regarding a funeral claim for my late aunt we have been sent from pillar to post we to 3 of their agents which I have taken down their names have emailed the required documents to *** still not getting any assistance on the claim as mentioned by them has to pay out now that the account holder has passed on their giving us one issue after the other so I must say that I am not happy at all with the experience Ackermans has given us I would not recommend it to anyone if you have a account /policy with them their terms and conditions change once one passes on or they wont be no help at all if the is anyone higher please assist I have all the information and policy number and the names of the agents whom we spoke to .
