Unreliable Ackermans Customer Care [#CSA001100N] [L7M0AP0] care

I'm extremely disappointed in the service i received from Ackermans customers care. I made an online purchase and due to circumstances i could not pick up the order. I received an email to say that my order was cancelled and that they will refund me. No contact was made form there side, i had to contact them and submit my banking details. On the 13th of October, Sandile Msibi confirmed that my refund will be processed within 10 working days. until today i have not received my refund. My refund reference is [#CSA001100N] [L7M0AP0]
