I went to Ackermans in Blue down to claim for my lost phone that I took via foneyam they were two guys working in that department asked them which phone that I can get with R2500 they explained and I said which colour that I want then they saying someone is going to get the phones for us wirh another two guys initially did advise that I dont want black colour because the phone that is ****** its black if it honor I want blue or if it samsung need another the phones came and it was scanned boom the phone is black the other got samsung and it a bottle green colour I've asked what did I say eish we cant do anything not because it already scanned I will the manager .The manager came asked what happened I have explained and she said she was not notified in terms of the colours and there's nothing that they can do am like am not taking this black colour . The guy who works for foneyam said he's calling their manager so that she can assist on what to do on their end apparently that manager did not pick up the phone and he was sis will give you a call on Monday which was yesterday nothing I have received. Yesterday I have called Blue downs Ackermans several times they are not picking the phone took the number from their back office...The working working there are not professional you cant not serve lots of people at once just because you want to cover commission than mistakes happens you cannot rectify them. I called foneyam yesterday regarding this they said the store needs to sort it out on their end.
