unprofessional Service

Last week Thursday when I went to Ackermans in Elspark, I arrived and the shop was closed. On Friday this week I went to Ackermans they were closed It was 17:50 on my cellphone I checked on the board at the door it shows they close at 18:00 while I was standing outside they put the lights off. I went to the branch at Sunward Park they did not have the vests that we were looking for and went the the Elspark branch I arrived at 13:50 and the board on the door shows 14:00 I was standing outside the door when one of the ladies that works there came to the door and informed me that the are closed and her cell phone showed it was 14:00 but I had been standing there for almost 10 minutes. this is very unprofessional to close earlier than stated on the boards on the doors. This is not the first time this has happened during lockdown I went to buy airtime and they opened 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to open.
