Unprofessional retail brand

I can not recommend Ackermans Alex Mall even to my worst enemy because their service sucks and they're unprofessional. I addressed the matter with the store manager and she never apologize, I then wrote a review still nothing. That means Ackermans is unprofessional from the top.
