Unprofessional Behavior

I was at Ackermans store at Jabulani Mall earlier today to buy few items for my kids. When I got to the till point I noticed that the guy who was assisting had his phone at the till point and scanned the +more barcode from his phone. I then told him that I also have that on my phone then he said I should give him my phone so that he can scan from mine. My concern is that how many customers has he done this to, today only? How many points has he accumulated *****ulently or dishonestly? I got this +more activated earlier in the week and I went in store today to see how those points accumulate. Guys can we please always Be At Work. Can we please be cautious of such. I understand that this +more is new at Ackermans and as customers we deserve to atleast be educated fairly about it. It was unprofessional and wrong for this guy to scan his barcode for his own benefit. Cashier's name is Linduyise Zwane. I am not expecting a call back or anything, I am just hoping that this be addressed to him and the staff at large.
