Unprofessional

I bought a few Items on the 31/082015 at Ackermans Silverton Branch Pretoria. Cashier Elsie help me. When I got home the one dress I bought for my 3 year was to big and had to exchange it, she loved the dress so much.<br> On the 01/09/2015 I went back to the branch at the door there was a lady by the name Ntombi. I told her that I need a smaller size of the dress I bought Yesterday 31/08/2015. I gave her my slip she then said sorry man I can't do that as the Item is not on the slip, Elsie the cashier that help me came I said mam she helped me. She didn't even greeted me and she said I must have not ringed the dress mam, I said so what solution do you have it is not my fault the cashier Elsie didn't ring the dress. She said you will have to give it back mam. She had a huge grin on her face I said to her well I think you didn't handle this very well as this is not my fault I was not the cashier I am the client she didn't even said thank you for coming back/giving back the item they were both so rude I'm not happy the way they handled the situation I could've stayed away if I noticed earlier that she didn't ring the dress. I love shopping there but won't shop at Ackermans ever again. TX.
