Unpleasant

My mother got a call from a guy from the ACKERMANS call centre just after7:30pm Tuesday evening(14/10/2025) to ask when she will make payment. My mother explained that we just paid the required amount the same day after 5pm.the guy advised that he can see it but when will she make payment again. She told him that she will pay again when she gets her pension and he had the nerve to tell her that she cannot pay after the 27th even though she told him she will pay.
