Unpaid refund

Since I returned clothes at Gateway on the 10th Dec I never received by money back till today the 28th Dec.! The refund of R400 was supposedly transfered into my bank account. I was told that the refund was supposed to reflect in my account within 48hrs. I went back to the store 72 hrs later the manager promised to handle it and the ssad part is that I was on holiday so I can't go back to them. It is 17days since Nokwanda the manager said she will sort it out.
