Unimpressed customer

I'm not satisfied with the fact that I couldn't get my money back after I tried to return some clothing items that haven't been worn, with their tags still intact and with my slip. The store assistant told me that they don't do cash refunds while their slip clearly states that they will gladly refund your money if you've returned the goods on time, with the receipt, of which I did. Now I'm forced to keep something I don't want. I'm never buying at Ackermans again
