Unhelpful Ackermans Manager at Sandton Store

When looking for Boys gloves in the Sandton Ackermans store I was given a run around by the staff on the floor. What made matters worse was when I asked the store manager - Salome - for assistance she told me there were no gloves in the store. When Leaving to go to another clothing store I noticed quite a variety of gloves on a lower display rack in the boys section. How the staff did not know of this is one thing, but How Salome the manager did not know is astounding. What's more is that she was quite nonchalant and dismissive when raising the matter with her. So she was unhelpful when asking if there were gloves. Didn't know that there were gloves, and then when raising the concern she was nonchalant about the oversight. Surely this is not an encouraged and acceptable service level offered by Ackermans Management.
