Unhappy with the service

Hi I went to one of the Ackermans store in Mamelodi yesterday and I was not happy with the service, please teach your managers good management and leadership skills and also teach your staff how to provide excellent customer service. I work at retail as well and I know how important good customer service is. Sorry I will not be able to mention which store specifically because I do not want to get anyone in trouble. Just provide more trainings please.
