Unhappy customers.

I am an unhappy customer. Yesterday the 30th of October 2022 i was in Vosloorus Ackermans in chris hani crossing to pick up my layby. I was assisted by a girl names Zodwa who said she can't find my layby and made no efforts to give me another option, she instead gave me a refund that was authorized by her manager, Bongani. I wasnt happy about how they treat their customers. And they showed no interest of helping me out, mind you im heavily pregnant.
