Unhappy customer of both Ackermans and Vodacom

I bought a phone with the above mentioned shop, the phone is working fine no problem, however the it has 30 GB attached for 6 months when I load R29 voucher every month and will receive monthly 5GB.i did load but have not received any data. Please help
