Unhappy customer for Arkerman nquthu KZN

The customer service at Arkerman nquthu they don't have a customer service at all workers are very rude, they close the shop before trading time. Today they had loadsheddering from 09:00 to 13:00 even when the electricity was back they didn't open the door, when I asked them at 1:3:45 they told me at door they cleaning never opened the door at all.
