Unhappy Customer

In 2021, I had bought a ladies boot there, the boot did not even last 3 months as it came apart at the sole of the boot. It was worse when it rained as I would get home with wet socks.

Since that boot did not last, I thought let me give them a second chance this year. I had bought the boot end of May. That one lasted even lesser than the first one, it broke in June and I had to replace it and I made sure that I do not go to Ackermans again for their shoes.

I am very unhappy and disappointed about this, cause now I always warn people not to buy their shoes there at all. Quality is really an issue for this company as even my baby's boots also did not last very long
