Unhappy customer at Ackermans Westmeath durban

I made a payment of R150 at Ackermans for my laybay .when I went there today to cancel my laybay instate of giving me my refund they refused and forced me to take a voucher of which I didn't need as there customer I'm stressed out and depressed from the experience I received especially from the Manger who was shouting at me in front of customer's as if I was in the wrong side of the agreement written in they till slip
