Unhappy customer

I always shop at Ackermans in East rand mall and believe in most cases I leave the store unhappy, I tried to call the head office they never gave any feedback... Well the staff there is so rude and cold there's this specific lady with long dreadlocks yeah she owns the store..... She works in kids dept..... Head office people should really do something about the staff in East rand mall we can't be shop with broken hearts all the time... New management is needed there..... I.
