Unhappy Customer
I went to Ackermans in Elgin Mall in Kempton Park in hopes to get a jacket for my baby. I got there just after 17:00 today 15/07/2021. They refused to let me go in. Then a lady who happens to be black comes in after me. I get told the tills are closed so I leave. Quickly popped in to Pick n Pay to come out and find that they were busy helping that lady. I mean it is cold and all I wanted was to buy a jacket for my baby. I don't want to make it seem like a racial thing but what must I think when I get showed the door and someone else gets helped.
