Unhappy customer

I bought an MTN pocket router and it's not working. I have been visiting your Ackerman's connect store at Nkomo village. But with no assistance. Is either you change this router or you refund me back my fund. We use an MTN router at home and it works perfectly, why yours have issues. There's a reason why I bought that router and now I'm stuck I can't do anything. Your cashiers are clueless and keeps on telling me to recharge more data. Did they think I'm stupid because I'm a pensioner. Don't do that to your customers. I want my fund back ASAP. My works is now behind. I will never ever buy anything from this store. My daughter bought a phone 2025 and only lasted 6 months. I'm now wondering what kind of products do you sell to your customers and later comes with a policy that doesn't suit both parties. Fix this . I need another router that workers not the one I have reset every 2 minutes. Or you will refund me back my funds
