Unhappy customer

I am a fan of your clothes and only buy at your store for all three of my kids, i am however disappointed at the pink dress that i had bought for my daughter on the first of September, i bought the dress for a church event that we had to attend on the 8th which was last Saturday, when i was ironing the dress on Saturday morning i saw that it was the inside part was torn, this was going to be the first time she is going to wear the dress. I believe the QUALITY department was suppose to check for such mistakes because its not fair on your loyal customers. This is the first time i have experienced something like this with your clothes, as i said before i am a fan and thought i should bring this under you attention. i would like to speak to the manager, i took pictures of the dress as well. your quickest response will highly appreciated be appreciated.
