Unhappy client

The agents , customer care people that must help you do not give you the correct infomation. When samething is wrong on you acc ,they just go ahead and put your account on hold but not informing you. It is a inbaresment to go and buy same item and the people tell you ,there are not credit avalible but you paid the acc the end of the month.
