unhappy client

I went to fourways ackermans to return a jersey that did not fit me properly but did not have a slip the tag was still attached,I bought the jersey with my ackermans account so the manager told me that he can't transfer the amount back in my account he can give me a voucher so told him don't want a voucher want it to be put back to my account for safety reasons he was so rudeand did not ewant to do as I asked....I'm so angry because I'm the loyal customer who always pay in time.....can I have my feedback asap as I can't keep something I don't like and also don't want voucher..
