Unhappy

Bought a pair of white takkies at Ackermans Booysen Park,Port Elizabeth. It was so dirty. I had to take it as it was the last pair, and our daughter needed it for the next day. Did not have time to go to another store. I asked the staff if there was no other in the store room, they said NO. I asked then if there is no discount, because I have to go clean them, They said NO. All I want the store to do, if you see dirty shoes, clean them or remove it. Or let your customers fit with socks on!
