Unfriendly staff poor service!!!

I have no words honestly… Ackermans you put me under pressure to provide you with my card details for a refund your staff was very unfriendly..:and what happened NO REFUND you took the item back took the slip took my bank details and NO REFUND this is unacceptable…!!! I want my money..!!
