Unfriendly Staff
Yesterday around 16H30 I went shopping at Ackermans Woman at Brits Mall. The item I was looking for didnt have my size, I asked for assistance from shop assistant by the name of Neo who was so unfriendly, I couldn't bear her hostility so I asked her to never mind . I walked around the shop looking for another assistant who was very patient, friendly and effective. I just forgot to note her name.
I must mention that I am a regular customer of Ackermans and have come to notice that of all the staff members, Neo is the most difficult person to interact with. Zero friendly service.
Can management do something about her - she is making shopping at Ackermans Woman Brits Mall unpleasant.
