Unfairly treatment

I suffered from Ackermans today. I was going to query about my account that I opened last week Saturday. I went to another store affiliated with Ackermans at Jabulani Mall. Asked about my account. They said I should go directly to Ackermans! Yay! There was a long queue! I stood there for like 30 minutes. When I got to the cashier, I told her what I was going to do.She said she wants to see the message... He said that my bank statement needs to be uploaded, he said that only one till does that, others don't work. Yooooh, that cashier was so rude! They shouted me with one of her male colleagues. They told me to go to Pep. I asked myself how? Because I was at Ackermans. They said I must go to till number 1, and there was a long queue also! Why do I have to stand in many queues at the same store? Yooooh, I just left because I was tired, and they were so rude, you could see that they don't care. They ruined my day shame. And my last money I spent but I came back without doing anything. I'm heart broken by their treatment. Couldn't even take the name of that cashier and her colleague.
