UNFAIRLY TREATED

I have a serious concern whereby my cousin sister is working at Eldarado and ever she’s been Ackermans working there she has never been okay at all especially on the week of the 10th Feb 2024. then on the 12th she was accused of *****ing money from the safe inside the store and she then requested full investigation and footage of which that didn’t happen because the manager didn’t report the matter .On the 13th Feb 2024 she knocked off early due to persistent of accusations and she told the manager she will report the matter herself then the manager said she wants her to get fired why she’s reporting the matter . I would like to know if is it allowed to replaced ****** money as the manager replaced it ? ?. . According to knowledge this should be investigated by the company not replaced. please advise how this store runs the business if ever you have to request hail services when leaving the company late yet no compensation. most the times they arrive late and start trading without given the float. she once mentioned that they clocked in outside the store. how is it fair that DSM & RISK managers told her that this is dismissal for her while she the one who was reporting the matter to them? The company needs to check whether this people they will investigate the matter without conflict of interest when they finally came on the 23rd she also told that she will be charged to leave premises. this is really bad since it’s affecting her health and family. im really not happy does this apply to all retails or it’s only Arkamans im not happy at all how the matter was handled , when we followed up with her regarding this matter to our surprise that on the 14 of which is the day she visited DSM And rist management and on 15th which it was her off day she was told to apply leave for those Days (14 &15) .she doesn’t even have schedule as its shared bit by bit on the group she raised this to DSM AND RISK MANAGER OF WHICH THEY DISMISSED IT . how is such a big company treat it’s employees like this and I’m willing to take this matter forward. Its handled unfairly and would like to know what happening? I personally think this fields manager also needs to be investigated. I STRONGLY BELIEVE IF THE MATTER CAN BE INVESTIGATED BY OTHER PEOPLE EXCEPT THE SAME REGION BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS TELLING MY COUSING SHES GOING TO BE DISMISSED TOO
