Unfair account closure

I have been badly treated by Ackermans. I have never missed a payment but they have blocked my account. They claim that I failed to verify my details but I have proof that I did send the email to their verification email. They say someone tried to change my number so they will close my account and that's it. They don't care if they lose me as a customer. Never again will I set foot in their store.
