Good I am Danzel F My wife opened an account with ackermans in Athlone more than 15 months ago last week i asked why is paying so much on a clothing account she went to the shop to find why than they told her has a funeral policy with them she never signed up for any policies now i'm trying to cancel the policy and sent a whatsapp no where we communicate with an Ai that only respond to prescribed questions We want all hour installments back because we did not sign up for polocies I am very disappointment in ackkermans
