Undelivered Online Order

I placed an online order on the 5th of June still no tracking information today its on the 14th of june i have sent countless emails to their customer service all i get is we will look into it , until when though when the order was supposed to be delivered 5days latter theres a high level of incompetence i hope i get all the iterms i ordered not some sorry the iterms are now out of stock , what a terrible service
