Unacceptable Service at Ackermans Checkers Polokwane

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the appalling service I received at your store today. I collected an order, only to discover upon getting home it was incorrect. The cashier was helpful, but Kedibone, a male cashier, was rude and unapologetic, asking "What if you ordered a wrong things" with a horrible attitude, then walked off.

Despite my patience, no one apologized for the mistake or showed empathy. I've lost trust in your store and will shop online from now on. 😕
