Unacceptable

I purchased a phone at ackermans Town centre on 28/12/22.it wasn't explained that the phone us network locked just on vodacom.when I cam home the inserted telkom sim in slot 2 it blocked the phone.my dad returned phonectp the store with the receipt and was advised it's one of the worst phones you could ever buy and the phone is problematic. They had to go outside the store to get signal.because he's not the account holder I must come in.because I eirk in cbd my dad 67 years old had to rake s bus to town so that I can exchange it.Your very unhelpful branch in town advised that there's nothing they can do but send a email.One of the staff members also advised its a problematic phone because in not even 1 minute the battery lost 3%.in town branch I took a picture and was advised I'm not slowed to take a picture on a condescending tone.where does it state anywhere in store you jot allowed to take pics of the merchandise. I csn understand if I'm taking pics of the staff etc gor poppi act.on receipt it states within 7 days I can exchange the phone.if I was advised in the first place I would've taken a other phone even if i had yo pay extra.i want this issue resolved as a matter of urgency.
