*****ulent account opened at ackermams Stellenbosch.

I'm so disappointed, I received an sms thus morning saying I have an ackermans account that has been handed over, I never opened an account at ackermams, according to the ackermans call center the account was opened in stellenbosch, using my ID and bank statement( i never give my id to anyone else) as for the bank statement I do not know how they did that, @Ackermams what are the requirements for opening an account, don't you do verifications when opening an account? Surely the use of an original ID doc should be one of the requirements, how was it possible that someone opens an account posing as me? I have never opened an account in your store. Call center is not very helpfull either as they are not giving me much details. The account was opened *****ULENTLY, how could this happen.
