UIF Documents from Ackermans

I was working at Ackermans since 2017 so this year I was dismissed for doing a Layby using my brother's identity number in 2021 January. They dismissed me for that in February 2023 I've been busy begging them for my UIF documents but no one seems to assist me that. I've been sending emails to Paul who is at payroll but he's been ignoring me he asked for my ID number and I gave it to him he hasn't said anything till now I've been emailing but no response, I also asked the HRM she doesn't respond to my texts since she asked for my ID number also but no response. Why is it so difficult for them to do the right thing
