What horrible customer service I recieved today from Protea Glen Mall Ackermans from their Cashier.....I felt humiliated as if I was in the wrong instead of just processing my refund on my laybye. He made me seem like I owed Ackermans money (like a person who wasn't paying their account yet I don't have an account with Ackermans) as if he was announcing to the other shoppers.
