Two phones @ Ackermans

Ackermans ( Shelley beach store) failed to bring back my 2 Samsung phones back.These two phones were bought at the sametime and were still under warranty. They kept quiet not telling me how far are they with repairs . They did not bother calling me to give an up date. These phones were used by my kids for their school work when this pandemic was in its serious stage. My kids were desperate to have these phones back as they were behind in their school work . It was almost two months since the phones were with them. Hello Peter came to my rescue . With in no time I was called by the store manager to come get my phones.
