Turns out Ackermans doesn't do reprints

Turns out Ackermans doesn't do reprints. I bought airpods that worked for 1 day. I returned them twice and the store staff somehow managed to get them to work but as soon as I got home, they stopped working. I took a pic of the receipt just in case it got lost. The receipt did in fact get lost, so went I went back 6 days later with the non functional airpods, they told me that they need the original receipt to assist me. A pic wouldn't suffice. I am stuck with my beautiful non-functional 6 days old airpods.
