Try something different the system is not welcoming

Went to cancel my layby by akermans maponya mall and I was told by lebo and her manager that they cannot refund me due to that I have lost my slip and they will give me a voucher and I told them I dont want anything at akermans so I am now forced to provide a slip that I dont have,so in this case what do I do and I want my refund
