Trust lost, pathetic service,

I went to Ackerman's fourways mall on the 18th December 2024, I was buying a dress. The lady at the till said her system doesn't want to scan. He then went to the floor to get the same dress she scan it still didn't allow. She then called her core manager to come and assist her. His name was Thato Nkgweng. When he got to the till he told me that the code on the dress that I wanted to buy doesn't want to scan because because they might be a problem with the quality of material, that is why it was on sale. So Ackerman's is selling clothes that I made by bad/poor material as per your core manager. If the dress that I bought start giving me problems when coming to quality am going to return it and you will give me my money back.
