Tribalism promoting Poor Service

I went to Ackermans store 1346 in polokwane, i hv account with ackermans, i wanted to make a payment but not having my card, but cos i speak Xitsonga, Catherine lebepe, couldn't help me to get assisted and showed no remorse of her attitude.

I don't know anywhere on the customer services principles and the Treat Customers Fairly (TCF) principles ever mentioned that You cant be assisted in a store cos of language.

I condemn this attitude of tribalism in any manner to any store. Cos i asked the store cashier/associate why she can't be able to assist me, and HER PROUDLY-TRIBALIST ATTITUDE was that cos she dont understand Xitsonga and I speak Xitsonga she wont assist me.

Can Ackermans Publicly Place a billboard or notice board that can exempt Us TSONGA speaking customers from buying in their store. We can't have this Kind of behavior and attitudes by store associates and cashiers in Today's Era.

Can Ackermans have stores full of Customer-orientated associates than this Tribalists like Catherine Lebepe
