Made a payment of cellphone, straight into the Akarmans store. The teller who was assisting me, entered the incorrect reference number that was not related to my account. So I was told that the employee who was the cashier, was just tempering there for December 2024. Till today I don't have a tangible feedback as this has been an ongoing issue since last year.
