Toughees school shoes with poor quality n bad customer service at Bopedi shopping centre

I have bought my son school shoes toughees on the 12th of January,on the 22 January already the shoes where torn on he took them back to Ackerman’s Bopedi shopping centre they gave him excuses before exchanging them.again on Friday the shoes got torn again n today he tried to exchange/refund them but they refused.my son doesn’t walk to school clearly these a problem with the quality of the shoes.tomorrow he can’t go to school because the shoes are torn.unfortunately I’m Gauteng he’s in Limpopo I can’t be able to go to the store myself.i need my refund that’s all.
