Torn pants

I bought goods at Ackermans in Alberton on the 22 April 2015. Yesterday as I attempted to wear the pants I realized that they qualify of workmanship on the garment was horrible, the seam was loose, there was threads hanging on the inside of the pants, the loops were the belt went on were entirely loose. The pants had small holes as if it were eating by a rat, (I don't have rats in my house) unfortunately I did not notice all these defects as I just took the pants and didn't feel I needed to inspect them as I assumes they are brand new, and being a regular shopper at Ackermans I have never experienced or heard of such a story. I am disappointed...luckily I still have the slip but have removed the tag on the label. I urge you guys to please inspect garments before putting them on the rails for customers to buy, I now have to send someone and take time of my schedule to return the items. I bought other items that I have not checked...what a let Ackermans!!!
