Time wasted for nothing

Worst experience ever, literally ruined my whole day. I took a pair of sneakers for my daughter and waited on the cue for like 45 minutes when I got to the till I was turned back to wait for another one because I can’t swipe with my card on that particular till. I eventually got called only to be told that the sneakers are not on the system, they cannot be sold to me. Dineo Sello was so nonchalant about it and just chucked the pair on the side. I the asked her if I can take a picture of the sneakers because if it is known that these sneakers are not on the system then they shouldn’t be on the floor. Im extremely mad because of my time wast In vain. No suggestions were made to me or maybe a sincere apology for wasting my time. Im mad as hell.
